I am working on getting more information out on this program and will report it here soon.

"Thursday, November 20, 2014" The University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law is offering a free legal clinic at SS Peter & Paul Church, 438 St Antoine, Detroit, from 9 to 11AM. "Thursday, November 20, 2014" The Judson Center is sponsoring a free veteran family day for small children at the Jungle Java, 44595 Enterprise Drive, Clinton Twp, from 4 to 7PM. Free admission & dinner, but you must register in advance. See flyer for details.
"Friday & Saturday, November 21 & 22, 2014" Michigan Military Moms is hosting a Mega Weekend, a Salute to Women in the Service, at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Dr, Grosse Pointe Farms. The Friday event is from 8AM till 4PM, Saturday from 11AM till 3PM. There are numerous items happening at this event to raise money to help moms serving in the military. "Friday, November 21, 2014 " The Southfield VFW Ladies Aux 2645 is hosting a Ladies Bra'zaar, an evening of art, music, and fun to honor all cancer survivors, along with a silent auction of Artfully Created Bras! $5 cover charge, with doors opening at 7PM at 24222 W Nine Mile, Southfield. "Tuesday, November 25, 2014" Oakland County Veteran Services & the Southfield Veterans Commission are hosting a veteran benefit enrollment, health care enrollment, etc., meet. "Saturday, November 29, 2014" The Airport Freedom Center w/the US Marine Corps Reserve & VFW Post 9222, are hosting a pot luck dinner benefit to support the Toys-4-Tots program, starting at 5PM till 9PM. The price of admission is $8 plus a new toy. The post is located at 3025 Coolidge Hwy, Berkley. For complete info see attached flyer.
"Saturday, November 29, 2014" The Plymouth Whalers are having a Salute to Hereos Night in their game against the Guelph Storm, starting at 6PM. Veterans receive a free ticket, family members are $10.
