VA Provides Veterans Instant Access to Records with eBenefits during Detroit VA for Vets Hiring Fair WASHINGTON (June 18, 2012)  – Veterans needing important military documents for job applications will be able to instantly obtain them while at the Detroit VA for Vets Hiring Fair through the joint Department of Defense/Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) online portal, eBenefits.
